Expected and feared, cyclone Bailu has hit China hard in recent days. The authorities of the eastern Chinese province of Fujian have evacuated over 14 thousand people and called back almost 10 thousand fishing boats. For security reasons, 149 panoramic areas and 1,318 construction sites were closed. The typhoon also stopped ferry services between Xiamen and Kinmen in Taiwan, and between Pingtan and the city of Taichung in Taiwan. All Xiamen airports have been canceled 124 flights.
A video resumed the moment when a woman was hit by a river in the water of a shopping mall in China during the passage of the typhoon.
In the video you can see the woman walking unconsciously looking at the shop windows of the Huixing Shopping Center in the city of Dongguan, in the south of the country, until she is overwhelmed by the river of water that arrives all of the sudden from above.
The woman is dragged for several meters on the floor by the force of the water, which then also invades the lower floor, where a father tried to rescue the young child in terror. The incident occurred on the afternoon of Sunday 25 August.
On social networks there are many films that represent the damage of the typhoon, in China and Taiwan.
