A man came out almost unscathed from the impact of a wheel falling at insane speed on his car from the trailer of a truck that was in the opposite lane of the highway he was traveling. What happened in Birmingham, in the United Kingdom, is described as an episode of the miraculous. According to the Lancashire police, the "flying" wheel, bouncing off the road, ended up on the Peugeot of the victim, destroying the vehicle. The tire has effectively eradicated the car's roof and destroyed much of the windshield, but it did not hit the man driving. "It could have ended in tragedy - the local police said - because by pure chance the driver decided not to take his son on a trip with him".
"This gentleman is the luckiest man in the world today" - The wheel only touched the driver and then ended up halfway between the passenger seat and the rear areas. According to the police, that wheel would have killed anyone in the car, except the driver. A motorist certainly lucky to have not even been cold-blooded: after the absurd accident, in fact, the man brought the wrecked car into a rest area, then he removed his seat belt and waited for it to arrive police. "This gentleman is the luckiest man in the world today," the police tweeted, showing photos of the incident.
