A true "miracle" happened in the United States. In Houston, Texas, a woman gave birth to six twins, all in excellent condition, and celebrated Mother's Day in a big way. Sometimes it is hard enough to have a baby, but to imagine you are all at once is something extraordinary. In fact, the probability of giving birth to twins is one in 4.7 billion. Thelma Chiaka, Houston's mother, is in her first pregnancy, and gave birth in March at the Woman's Hospital in Texas.
"I have always looked forward to getting pregnant, so when it happened, I received the news with all the love I have," Chiaka reports.
The six children, four boys and two girls, called Zuriel, Zina, Kamsi, Kaeto, Kachi and Kaobi, were born in nine minutes with the constant help of doctors and nurses. At birth the children weighed about two kilograms each. Dr Ziad Haidar commented: "Miss Thelma was a champion because she remained smiling until the last minute. He kept his smile for the duration of the birth, although it was not a walk. It was wonderful ».
Now a child is already at home, while the other five still need some assistance in the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but will be released in the coming weeks. Chiaka said she didn't see the time to see her six children sitting around the same table: "I feel very lucky to have such beautiful children. Mother's Day was, for me, a fantastic experience ". Mom and dad said they received a lot of support from family and friends.
