It would seem that doing yoga in the company of a few goats helps to concentrate. Here because.
The idea is of an Oregon farm, in the United States, which has launched a new and curious activity: yoga classes with the participation of funny goats. Thinking about it was Lainey Morse, a former photographer who today is dedicated to her farm.
As often happens, everything was born by chance: the farm had been rented on the occasion of a child's birthday, in which there was a parent who was also a yoga instructor.
The man then asked to be able to hold courses there, but his first lesson proves to be decidedly unusual: the little goats, intrigued, approached the participants and tried to be caressed.
From there the voice started to spin and more and more people came to try yoga with goats, some even covering hundreds of kilometers!
"The goats are very parficial and whoever comes here eventually comes out stress-free and happy," writes Morse on his website. "When they ruminate they seem to go into meditation and it is very relaxing to observe them while doing yoga."
