A hunter was shot wounded by his dog. The animal, by walking on the gun, accidentally exploded a blow, injuring the owner to one arm. For this reason the authorities of Monaco, in Germany, have denied to the master the port of arms and the hunting license. The man appealed to the court, but he lost it. For the judges, in fact, the incident occurred because he did not treat the weapons carefully and "could do it again in the future".
The incident with the rifle dates back to 2016, when the man returning from a hunt left the rifle in the back seat of the car. His dog, walking on the weapon, started a blow that hurt the owner on the arm. The authorities have thus withdrawn the firearms' arms to the hunter and even the hunting permit, but the man has appealed to the court.
The answer arrived from the judges was certainly not what was expected. The appeal was rejected with this motivation: "Because it is presumed that he treated his firearms without attention and could do it again in the future".
