In a bid to become a "real life Barbie", the 44-year-old has undertaken dozens of cosmetic procedures over the years.
These ops certainly haven’t come cheap, setting her back a staggering £350,000.
Even though the Italian mum’s spending equates to a decades worth of salary for many of us, she is not planning on stopping.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, she revealed she will be going back under the knife in January
To mark the start of 2019, Nannette is treating herself to more surgery.
She revealed: “This Barbie believes in routine body maintenance to stay as young looking as possible…
“I met with the plastic surgeons this week about additional surgeries that include butt implants, facial surgery, and much more.”
Given the bombshell’s track record, it’s no surprise she is planning further procedures.
The real-life Barbie first went under the knife when she was just 21 and has since had three boob jobs, a breast lift, lip fillers, Botox and veneers.
She also maintains her plastic-fantastic look with semi-permanent make-up, hair dye, nail extensions and daily at-home tanning sessions.
Despite the pain and cost of all the cosmetic work, Nannette said she has no regrets.
She previously remarked: “It’s worth every penny to look like this. I feel happy and secure…
“I’m going to keep looking like a Barbie right until I’m 70, or probably longer!"
Splashing the cash on pricey cosmetic procedures seems to have been worth it for Nannette.
This month, she was named as Playboy Slovakia’s “Playmate of the Year”.
The sought-after accolade landed her a spot on the front of the magazine, where she posed in sheer lingerie.
Following the sultry shoot, the plastic surgery fan took to Instagram to thank the publication for their recognition.
She wrote: “Many thanks Playboy for making my dreams come true.”
While many fans praised the mum for her achievements, some worry about the dangers associated with plastic surgery.
Despite this, the mum is adamant that medical experts have not told her to give up her obsession.
She insisted: “They have not (warned me against cosmetic work).
“Doctors have warned me about daily tanning in my at home tanning bed and I have listened to their advice.”
