A mum-of-one refused to give up her love for fitness after having a baby.
Růženka Kunstýřová continued to pursue her pole passion following the birth of her newborn.
The Czech beauty, 30, believes that welcoming a child into the world has made her an even better dancer.
Růženka has had an interest in dance and performance since she was seven-years-old.
As a child, she took up figure skating, before trying her hand at Latin American dancing.
While these were both hobbies of the Prague-based woman, it was pole fitness that captured her heart.
The birth of her newborn Lara hasn’t been enough to shake her enthusiasm for the sport.
In fact, she believes it’s made her even better at her craft.
Růženka revealed: “I feel much better than before motherhood.
“I feel I have more possibilities and I have a new start.
“Stronger, more feminine, sexier and more tired too, of course.
“And I know I started a new life like a mum but I don't feel like a mum still.”
Růženka’s husband Štěpán is a big fan of her hobby.
The parents both hope to raise their daughter with the same love for sport.
The pole dancing fanatic said: “If she wants (to learn) I would love to teach her.
“But if she decides to play football or judo we will support her.”
The fitness fan assures that becoming a mum hasn’t changed who she is.
Speaking about her partner, she added: “I love to be his wife first and then (Lara's) mum.
“I love to wear sexy or feminine dresses and high heels, make up and nails.
“I didn't change my mind with a baby too much.
“I stayed the same - only more tired.”
She has also started teaching her own classes in the hope that other women to follow her lead.
Růženka remarked: “It's called elite class because I teach very difficult tricks there but I can call it 'MILF class' too!
“Future MILFs - don't be scared to have a baby.
“It changes your life how you decide.
“Everything is possible and you can enjoy a new life like a sexy mama.”
