A smoker was so upset by the price of cigarettes that he turned up at a convenience store brandishing a huge rifle.
Robert Miller, 60, walked to a supermarket in Lauderhill, Florida to buy two packs of Paul Mall cigarettes in late December – but became enraged when they were a dollar more than what he expected, according to CBS Miami.
He argued with the clerk, shouting at him to ‘Come on and fight,’ although the employee declined and instead asked Miller to leave, with shocking footage of the encounter now released by police.

At one point, Miller allegedly points the gun at the clerk and says ‘You must not know who I am.’
Although he earns concerned looks from others in the store, bystanders appear to act casual as the gun-toting man shouts at the cashier.
Miller was arrested without incident outside the store and taken to Broward County Main Jail.
He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and improper exhibition of a firearm.
Miller’s bond was set at $25,000 and he was ordered to forfeit all weapons in his possession.
